The following meditations are made available to help all to develop the internal faculties needed on the path of internal knowledge.
Metta Bhavana. A joyous practice that helps one to purify the emotions and to cultivate the wisdom of the heart. This is essential for all who work upon the direct path of Wisdom. The wisdom of the heart is beautifully expressed in 1 Corinthians 13 by the Apostle Paul .
The Vipassana practice helps us to develop our faculty of insight, the source of real Intelligence, something beyond intellect. Intellect is mechanical thinking based on memories from the five senses. This is not the source of consciousness, and thinking is often an obstacle to consciousness, to direct knowledge. This practice helps us to discern these two states of awareness.
A Psychoanalytical practice for the dissolution of the ego is essential to the Gnostic esoteric work. Psychology, understood in the light of esoteric Wisdom, is a science, The Path of Liberation. "Psyche" means "Soul". The practice of psychology without a teaching about the soul is a waste of time, mere wandering in Outer Darkness. The mythological Hero's Journey is a symbol of this inner work of rectitude; establishing Divine order within the Microcosm, Man. With sincerity we can implore our blessed Divine Mother, the force of the Holy Spirit in us, a transcendental force that both creates and destroys, to put an end once and for all to our psychological defects.
